(I know Desmond didn't go school, just an example) No, because it is recorded into his fathers DNA after Desmond's birth, and so was not there to be passed on until Dssmond was 4/5/6 years old. So that particular memory could only be passed onto a sibling 6/7+ years younger than Desmond.
