When he gets back home, the templars had captured his mother and sister and father, but his brother had escaped.

throughout the "game", Luigi finds his brother and discovers he was an assasin too, after that Luigi finds tht the rest of his family was in the superduper protected castle, so he makes a brotherhood of assasins, destroys the castle and finds his family
