The '''Courtesan''' (real name: '''[[Fiora Cavazza]]''') is a character in ''[[Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood]]'', ''[[Assassin's Creed: Project Legacy]]'' and ''[[Assassin's Creed: Ascendance]]''. She uses a [[Multiplayer Weapons#Fan|bladed fan]] as her primary weapon. She differs from the courtesans seen in ''Assassin's Creed II'' and ''Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood'' singleplayer, most notably by her different outfit and hairstyle.

:The Courtesan runs up towards her target from the front and leaps upward, spinning around in the air while slashing her victim's throat with her bladed fan. She lands daintily and restores her fan to its holder, while her target's dead body lies on the floor.

: The Courtesan sprints up to her target from behind and rolls over their back with her legs extended in the air, before landing on her knees in front of them. Then, while her victim is still dazed, she severs their neck to the bone with her fan.

: The Courtesan tilts her target's face up by the chin, and stares almost sensuously into their eyes, before suddenly taking her fan and slashing them across the neck. Her victim stands and grasps at their throat to stop the bleeding, but by then it is already too late, with their dead body collapsing to the ground.

:The Courtesan pounces on her target from above, landing on either their front or their back. After jumping onto her victim, she unfolds her fan, before bringing it back around to slash at her target's neck. The Courtesan then retracts her fan to store it back in its holster, walking away and leaving her victim to die from the fatal wound.

*Basic: White
*Extra 1: Pink
*Extra 2: Blue
*Extra 3: Black
Gear:
*Advanced: Added laces on chest, black straps on right leg, and a shackle bracelet on her right wrist.
*Superior: Added Renaissance mask with a flower hairpiece, and a tied ribbon necklace.
*Elite: All pink sections of her clothing and gloves are changed to black, aside from a pink stripe down her robes.

The '''Doctor''' (real name: '''[[Malfatto]]''') is a multiplayer character in ''[[Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood]]'', who uses a [[Multiplayer Weapons#Syringe|syringe]] as his primary weapon.

His outfit highly resembles the ones worn by doctors during the plague, and appears black in the dark. He wears a tricorne hat and his face is concealed by a mask, therefore making his true identity unknown. His outfit is different from what the doctors wear in ''[[Assassin's Creed II]]'', most noticeably due to the slightly shorter beak of his mask.

He makes an appearance in the single player mode of ''[[Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood]]'' in a main storyline mission, as opposed to several other multiplayer characters, who appear in Templar Agent side missions.

: The Doctor casually walks towards his target before thrusting his syringe into his victim's neck. After removing his syringe, his target falls to the ground, dying from the puncture wound and blood loss.

: The Doctor charges towards his target, forcing them onto their back. With his victim helpless, he then injects his syringe through his target's eye and into their brain, causing instant death. The Doctor then twists his syringe, before pulling it out and storing it at his waist.
