The Ottoman Doctor is a re-design of the [[Doctor (multiplayer character)|Doctor]] from the multiplayer of ''[[Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood]]'', with his design being based on his elite gear, only now in white and with a [[Templars|Templar]] cross replacing the caduceus symbol.

On the right side of the Ottoman Doctor's belt, he has a number of small poison vials, which is a feature shared with the Doctor, that suggests that the Ottoman Doctor's primary weapon is most likely a [[Multiplayer_Weapons#Syringe|syringe]].<ref name ="MPTrailer"/>
