In his time, Aita helped Juno, [[Minerva]], and [[Jupiter]] sort through the solutions given to them at the [[Grand Temple]], in order to prevent the [[Toba catastrophe|First Disaster]], which he was able to do until the forth solution was tested.<br /> <br /> After their first three attempts of preventing the First Disaster failed, Juno and the others sought to save their race by means of smaller proportions. The fourth solution was to internally change the bodies of their kind, to what would survive the new, hostile world to come. In order to test this solution, they would need a living test subject, for which Aita volunteered.<br /> <br /> As the solution was tested, Aita's mind deteriorated within an instant; while his body would survive, his mind became brittle and catatonic.
