The '''Sanctuary''' is a location in ''[[Assassin's Creed II]]'' created by [[Domenico Auditore]] as a tribute to the greatest [[Assassins]] in history. It is found underneath the [[Auditore Family Villa]], with its entrance concealed behind a tall bookcase in [[Mario Auditore]]'s study. It is revealed by Mario to [[Ezio]] as the game progresses.<br />
