Crossbows have the longest rang you can shoot enemies far far away without locking on to them, but you need to get the aimer on them and be at the same altitude level just saying. You can also do the same with throwing knives but it is more difficult.

Just an off topic quesition do any of you think its possible that the Native Americans knew alot about the first civ, as in the knoledge of them and the grand temple maybe being passed down through generations (secretly of coarse). Maybe they knew somthing about the first civ that no one else in the world knew like the possible location to the grand temple or locations of P.O.E and then Connor learns of this said information I highly think that will be a possabillity.
