The '''Vanguard''' is a multiplayer character for the upcoming game [[Assassin's Creed: Revelations|''Assassin's Creed: Revelations'']].[[File:Vanguard.png|thumb|320px]]

According to the image, she is a [[Wikipedia:Cossack|Cossack]] from Odessa, working for the [[Templars]] in order to stop the [[Ottoman Empire|Ottomans]] from attacking her homeland.

What is known so far is that through her fierce loyalty to her homeland, the Templars manipulated her fear of being encroached upon by the Ottomans and offered her material wealth and power to sway her to their cause.

So far, her name is unknown, but her main weapon is a long-handled hatchet.
